The ski resort
La Tania is the newest of the Trois Vallees ski area resorts, developed for the 1992 Winter Olympic Games. This family friendly French Alps ski village has become very popular with Ski Hame guests over the years and for a very good reason. The village is nestled in the forest at the bottom of north facing pistes. The main part of La Tania is car free and has a nice feel with a good selection of chalets, shops, bars and restaurants.
Skiing in La Tania
La Tania really has become a top French Alps ski destination. A gondola and 2 high speed chairlifts will carry you from the village up to the Col de Loze or the Chenus area allowing you to ski to either Courchevel or Meribel, or of course you can always ski back to La Tania. Tree lined, north facing pistes bring you back in to La Tania, and combined with the impressive snow making system offer a very reliable and scenic run back into the resort.
