SKI CHALETS IN MERIBEL MOREL - LA COMBE

Chalet La Combe is a charming chalet conveniently situated in Meribel Morel within walking distance of the main Meribel centre and at the same time close to the Morel ski lift and piste. La Combe is owned by a local Meribel family and they do a fantastic job of decorating and maintaining the chalet. From the ground floor bedroom with exposed stone walls up to the bedroom in the eaves you will find this chalet has a lot of character and the perfect location for your skiing holiday. Comfortable furniture and an open fireplace built in stone give the lounge a very cosy feel while the dining area is small but it too has a pleasant ambience. Both the lounge and dining areas have large, south facing windows and balconies. There are 4 twin rooms and 1 double in the chalet, all with ensuite or private facilities. The double room is small but all the others are a comfortable size and the top bedroom can take a 3rd bed. This year there will be a new ski locker just outside the front door of the chalet.

Chalet La Combe is in a great location for skiing. If there is sufficient snow it is possible to ski to the back of the chalet and for the 2008/2009 ski season the Morel piste has been reshaped and improved. The Morel chairlift is about 250m or a 5 minute walk from the chalet. The free shuttle bus stop is also close to the chalet if you would rather ski from the Rond Point or La Chaudanne.
