SEASON LET APARTMENT - CHAMPAGNY

CHAMPAGNY STUDIO APARTMENT - SEASON OR MONTHLY LET

If you are interested in spending a season in the Alps we have a reasonably priced studio apartment available to let for the 2009/2010 winter season.

The studio is 20m2 with a balcony and looks up to the gondola in Champagny, accessing La Plagne/Paradiski ski area. It is situated in Le Rochers at the entrance to Champagny village with free shuttle access to the centre of the resort and the gondola station. The Les Rochers restaurant and bar is close to the apartment building.

The apartment has a 'cabine' to the left of the entrance area with bunk beds and wardrobe. After this is a separate wc and showerroom. Next is the kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring hob, small portable oven, fridge, dishwasher and kettle. Crockery and cutlery is also supplied. There is a fold-out settee bed in the lounge area and small TV with French satellite(rubbish!). The balcony runs 2 sides of the apartment. There is also a ski locker in the basement of the building.

While compact the apartment is ideal for 2 people for a season and reasonably priced at £3900 for the season. There is also the option of letting it on a monthly basis:
